MedStock provides a holistic system for inventory and asset management, from product selection, purchasing, receiving, shelving, withdrawal and dispensing, all while keeping the relevant parties in the loop.
Devices, consumables, and permanent assets will be tracked with depletion notifications and automated repurchase notifications.
Medstock can assist with short and long term asset management for purchasers, central supply, managers, and facilities, including maintenance, activities, medical, surgical, and office supplies.
Track your Inventory
Once an item is added to the system, MedStock gets to work.
Selected departments are notified, and a barcode label is automatically generated, with the order updated into the system.
The product life-cycle is initiated, with quantities, locations, and degradation tracked within MedStock. Items are able to be sorted by location, department, cost, and date among others. All costs are tracked per item, including software and peripherals.

Utilizing common hand held devices such as phones, scanning and barcoding are customizable solutions for end users (i.e., managers and general personnel) to track your items, warranties, and more.
Compatible devices include Android and iOS, and any Bluetooth or USB handheld scanner for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
